ORDER INFORMATION
Our service fee is ONLY $8.95 which will be added to your order.
ALL AMERICAN FLOWERS will collect a 7% sales tax on all orders being
delivered to the recipient in New Jersey.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our hours of operation are EST Monday through Thursday 8:30 am - 6:00
pm, Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 2:30 pm, and we
are closed on Sunday. Orders maybe placed at any time, but our
Customer Service Department will only be available the hours specified.

At ALL AMERICAN FLOWERS we provide a guarantee of your satisfaction on
every order. We guarantee to deliver your order in a timely manner with
the freshest flowers and designed with care. If you are not completely
satisfied, let us know and we will do whatever we can to provide you
with complete satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our goal whether it is
by calling us directly or through your on-line order. If you are not
completely satisfied or have any questions, please E-mail us at

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the local availibility, some substitutions may
be made but the overall look of the design will remain the same.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
US ORDERS
We will guarantee same day delivery for all flower orders
which are placed before 12:00 P.M. weekdays in the recipient's
time zone. All orders placed after 12:00 P.M., within the
recipient's time zone, will be delivered the following day unless a
different delivery date is requested. Orders that are received
after 10:30 A.M. on Saturdays will be delivered on Monday
unless a different delivery date is requested. If a Sunday delivery
is requested and Sunday service is not available in that area,
the order will be delivered either on Saturday or Monday.
Delivery will be determined by each affiliated florist's individual
schedule. Some same day delivery after these times may be
available depending on the local affiliated florist.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
The service fee for all orders which are delivered internationally
is still only $8.95. An additional relay charge of $16 will also be
added to your order. Each order must include the complete and
correct name, street address, city, county or province and
telephone number of the recipient. If you are sending to a small
town, the name of the nearest city is important. Your
international order will be delivered within 3 business days.
Prices vary greatly. We will fill the order as close to your
request as possible. To more accurately determine international
costs, please call us directly at 1-800-444-3569.
Local markets and prices vary worldwide due to different
customs, currency exchanges and other local reasons. It is
also wise to request a second choice in case of substitution.
PAYMENT METHODS
Online ordering is TOTALLY secure and we accept all major credit
cards. We currently accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and
Discover.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your credit card information will be kept strictly confidential.
ALL AMERICAN FLOWERS has done its best to provide the most secure
sight it can to keep your personal information confidential. As
additional technology becomes available on the World Wide Web, we
will incorporate it into our sight to further your protection. If you feel

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure that the information you entered is accurate and
complete. This will help to avoid any delays or problems with
your order.
Please print or save a copy of your complete order for your own
records.
All addresses should include a complete street address and zip
code. No orders are accepted for P.O. boxes, Rural Routes,
APO and FPO. All military orders must have base name ,
building number and phone number.
Orders are not recommended to be sent to hotels, ships,
airports or military bases and cemeteries.
Holiday orders should be placed within 48 hours of the holiday
to ensure delivery. These include holidays such as
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter and Mother's
Day.
Your enclosure card message should not exceed 120 characters.
If it is excessive in length it may be edited.
